Well yes I have suffered for what about 16 years already. And you are right I do worry about every pain. I had spells of bad ocd that’s when my anxiety was low. Since covid I worry about every single thing I am trying to relay less on the forum and googling stuff but it’s hard. Something new comes up every day right now I feel bad guilt that I asked her to bring me food so I worry it’s my fault but obviously she could have been careful knowing she had a cold. I know I will worry for days I did when my wife had it..

She fears it’s the delta one as she can’t taste. Well she tested on a lateral flow when she got home. I know these are not 100% accurate offcourse but just have to assume she has covid. She was in my house for 5-10 mins at most. My dad was in too and she has it. Two people who could infect

My door bell shows them as visitors my house for 3 minutes but it felt like 5 or ten but the camera doorbell says 3. I had no windows open

Nobody knows of they gave me covid that’s the thing it’s a waiting game but if I don’t have symptoms all should be fine

Well yes until I realised she had covid and I worried the food could pass it on. But hopefully unlikely
