I don't always post replies ... especially if I have nothing productive to contribute - but I certainly read a lot of posts when I have the time, and this site is wonderful in that we all of contribute in some way by providing a sounding board for our own anxieties/neuroses/and what I call general 'general daftness'. HA is a bewildering condition and the one thing that this site does is re-assure each of us that it is a surprisingly common experience in all its weird and wonderful manifestations.
I couldn't do without it, and it always helps to read other people's experiences and gain a sense of proportion when my worst fears threaten to overcome me.
