Its been happening for a long time, iv never been worried about it till I looked it up, does this happen to anyone? Its hardly noticeable if I'm not looking for it.

Get this sometimes when I've slept bad or deep/have a lot of stress, my wife too. Can also get it when I exercise without warming up so my guess is it's due to a temporary change in blood pressure.
