Mirtazapine & Sleeplessness

Has anybody else found that after taking these tablets for the first few weeks they worked fabulously now I am having trouble getting off to sleep and staying asleep. Any ideas? And any good ideas on what herbal medicines are good for sleeping?

Hi, i posted on this earlier on. This is my experience of Mirtazapine and other medication (Nytol) for sleep. May not help you but it works to me
