If you acknowledge that HA blocks out rational thinking then you can challenge that "blocking" mindset and ask yourself why are you searching for another health issue to worry about when you've had the all clear from a long standing fear? Why do you need to replace that worry? Is being "ok" just too good to be true? If you relax your guard will you regret your "neglect"? Do you deserve to be well?
