Heya

I have a bit of an issue with my breathing, been a thing for about two years now but progressively feeling worse over the last month

these days, something as simple as sitting at the computer and as soon as my head thinks about breathing then it becomes what feels like shortness of breath, just from sitting there! it feels like this can go on for hours.

Other times a simple walk say from one room to another can result in me feeling like im having to breath quite fast and heavy to catch up on air

Yet i can go for a bike ride and be less puffed!

had a couple of chest scans late 2020 for another reason, which found nodules on lungs but later they had shrunk slightly and coincided with a chest infection which was a relief but still plays on my mind.

The other factor i suspect is weight gain, the covid thing got me eating too much at home and gained a bit of weight (209 to 231 roughly) and i read weight can also impact your breathing

I am wanting to avoid unnecessary scans and the like - had far too man of them and staying strong, but does anyone else get this?

be well!
