Irregular shape breast lump, really scared

So sorry I'm only replying now, been a hectic few days to say the least!

Anyway, the doctor gave a very quick feel around where I felt that lump and said she isn't worried about it. She could see that I was very anxious but said there was nothing there that was ringing any alarm bells for her.
I told her about the referral the clinic said I missed in April and she's not happy with that. She said that if I missed an appointment then the clinic would send a letter to the GPs office stating this. But she got no letter about it. She doesn't believe either that I got an appointment in April and doesn't know why they are saying I did. So she has referred me again and stated all of that in her referral.

I'm ok about it for now and am trying to forget about it until I get my appointment but I've no idea how long it's going to be. Just have to play the waiting game again.

I got my mammogram appointment, it's at 9am in the morning.
I only got a phone call today at lunchtime so I presume it's a cancellation.
I was busy all day so didn't have time to think much about it but now I'm getting really really nervous. I hate this waiting, my mind really starts to go places.
Can't see me being able to get much sleep tonight
