And for now:
Folk might like to know that Gwen Dickey is still performing and the car is a Plymouth Fury.

That's a good album from EWF titled 'I Am'. There's some great tracks on it including the classic 'Boogie Wonderland'. My copy (on vinyl) is the original first pressing with the orange/yellow 'sunburst' CBS labels.
I also like Michael Jackson's 'Off The Wall' album from the same year (1979), which I actually prefer to his more successful subsequent efforts such as 'Thriller', 'Bad', etc, and I've always felt is vastly underrated by comparison, even though it's very much of its time.
I have two vinyl copies of the 'OTW' album, the original first pressing with the orange Epic labels, and the second pressing with the blue Epic labels, whose design first started in the UK around October 1979. I'm sad I know!
Ok it's 1990 but I'm going to squeeze it in as it's just so good. Thieves In The Temple by Prince.
The guy was just cool. Great dancing and sexy. And the cracking music he made as well as wrote for many others.

Going back to the late 7Os. I can’t external links as I’m technically inept but I used to love my vinyl, so glad it’s coming back somewhat. My son is now getting his favourite stuff on vinyl.
I still have all my old LPs. I used to love The Sex Pistols, The Damned and The Stranglers etc.
Worryingly my favourite group atm is The Killers…..Hmmmm The Stranglers and The Killers??? Should I be concerned?
It’s a cruel beast that you feed…..
