Hi all, I’ve suffered from anxiety/depression/ panic attacks for years. When I’m going through a bad time, as I am at the moment, my panics come in the middle of the night. I absolutely hate this as I feel so alone then and the night seems endless. I spend hours just trying to keep the panic at bay. I don’t like the dark either and think I also suffer from SAD. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can do and to keep my triggering thoughts at bay. Any help would be appreciated as I’m already afraid for tonight. Many thanks.
