Cancer fear

Scared I have stomach or bowel cancer pains toilet trouble etc- going to have to make an appt with doc at some point but im terrified and Im just worried out of my mind.

Hi sleepless, It doesn't have to be that. Perhaps you ate too much? Or too fast? Or your diet contqins too much fat and prpcessed food?

Im currently going through some stomach problems myself. I am bloated, my stomach is hard and painful, I'm belching, and my stools are loose.
I started to worry so I traced back to the days before the stomach problems showed up. It helped me to realised that the issue is related to using ibuprofen for 5 days straight. I went to the doctor, and got some meds. It's still not great but I can see the difference between now, and day 1 of the issue.

Thank you , i will need to contact Dr, but I am scared, never had anything quite like this before feel that my whole digestive tract is painful . Hope you are feeling better.

Can you go back to the week before the problem first occured? If you find the root cause it might give you some peace of mind, and help your rational mind take over the anxious mind.
