Discomfort just under left ribs

Hi I am new here I have Health Anxiety and was wondering if anyone has this symptom. It feels like a stitch or like something is trapped just below my left ribs, it feels like a babys foot under the rib (ladies will understand this), I was thinking it could be trapped wind but it isn't going away, it's not painful just uncomfortable. I'm constantly thinking it's something nasty, any help would be fab, thanks.

H cupcake, I’ve had this several times over the last 8 years. I’m not certain what it is but the fact that I’m still here points to nothing serious.it could be wind, a pulled muscle or another anxiety symptom. Whatever’s it is, it does eventually go away. Think I had it for around a couple of weeks, maybe less.

Hi Carnation, thanks for your response it's good to know I'm not the only one with this. I think I have had it before but it didn't last this long but I suppose because I'm obsessing about it makes it worse. Thanks again for your reply 😊
