I have big problems with neck and upper back pain due to how I must sleep and end up waking so stiff and sore it can cause a bit of a headache/wobbly feeling until it's loosened up. Some days I can hardly move for a few hours with lower back ache too. Being an anxious person this can cause more anxiety.

I purchased a sloped pillow off Amazon which is supposed to help sleep posture but I must sleep in such weird positions it doesn't always help.

Any recommendations for a decent pillow?
