Breast lumps stressing me out

I am back on the lumpy boob path and it’s getting g me in such a panic.
I have always been lumpy and try to avoid checking often as I get so worked up.
Anyway I have just given in snd check snd can feel what I think is a new lump. It feels the same as the others I have but I do r remember it being there before.
