What makes everyone anxious? I want to know your fears.....

I'd like to hear everyone's fears..........

I have a fear of driving. I picture the worst happening.
I have a fear of leaving the house.
I have a fear of making a mistake.
I have a fear of being seen as weak.
I have a fear of being alone.
I have a fear of anything happening to my husband and kids.

I cope by having more faith in God.
I cope by talking to my mom and husband.
I cope by complete denial < Working on it, I know!
I cope by eating.
I cope by isolating.
I cope by not talking.
I cope by singing and being creative.

I use to be so hard on myself. I've challenged a lot of my old beliefs. I wish I could live with confidence. I'm learning to do better and I hope I can help others in my journey.

It varies so much. Sometimes the little things seem massive, other times they seem like nothing at all.
