Hi i have a sniffing habbit, had this on and off for a few years, sometimes i dont do it for more than 6 months but currently have been doing it for 2 weeks. Though as i am typing this i have been able to control it and not sniff for 15 minutes now by focusing on slow breathing and giving it all my attention. Is this a symptom of tourettes?

I heard tourettes is similar

It could just be a cold? Or a nervous thing brought on by anxiety?
I don't think it's tourette's.
