Dimpling or cellulite on breast

I have very big boobs and I noticed in the bottom side I’d right breast look like an indent. I don’t really know if it’s just like cellulite or if if dimpling I don’t see feel at all when laying on side if it was dimpling wouldn’t it be there no matter what position I’m in

I am not a dcotor but I would agree, wouldnt think it would disappear at certain angles.
