I want to the toilet yesterday and bled a lot. I’ve had this a lot. I do know I have piles but it feels sore there. I went to the toilet today and it was gone. Which I was pleased about. I am over due a colonoscopy I had one done years ago and I’m in a complete panic now that I am over due that I have something wrong. I
37. There was incident today at work and I had to run and afterwards I had pain around my anus which did subside. I’m In a panic now

Age is also on your side, how long ago did you have a colonoscopy?

sounds like piles but get it checked out if you are really worried
