Pain behind one eye or both, and a headache around the forehead area. Is this common?

I really dislike them, obviously. The last week or so I've been more anxious, but I haven't had a panic attack. I just get an aching behind the eyes, but more so the left eye.

Other times it's mild aching behind the eye or very little, if any, but I get a headache around the forehead and temple area. Anybody else get these as their main symptoms?

I am sad you are going through this. I get headaches when super stresssed. I remember when I had exams back at uni i would get them every day for 2 weeks. I hope this passes for you soon.

I would think it was connected to your increased anxiety. What techniques do you use to help cope with it?

Sounds like a migraine. I get them once in awhile and yeah, they suck.

I also have it when I experience stress or have looked for a long time at a screen.
