    Tail of Spence

Is anyone's tail of Spence or "armpit fat" area bigger on one side vs the other? It kind of extends into the actual armpit some too. My left side is a little bit bigger than my right and my HA mind is screaming swollen, although I feel no lumps or lymph nodes. My husband says it's just tissue or fat but you know how the mind likes to hyper-fixate on things. Also my left boob is definitely bigger than my right, ever since I breastfed my first child.

I have never heard that term, tail of spence, before! Anyway, breasts are always different sizes and mine are definitely more noticeably difference since breast feeding. Our bodies aren't symmetrical! There will always be differences.

It's just the axillary tail of breast tissue, where people think they have "armpit fat." There are lymph nodes in that area though. However, I can't feel any just that that area feels bigger than the other side.
