Mostly on bus I feel spaced out weak strange u start shaking hyperventilating and just feeling restless. I am fine at work for now but these attacks can happen anywhere but I have been getting alot lately what’s the best way to cope with them?
Mostly on bus I feel spaced out weak strange u start shaking hyperventilating and just feeling restless. I am fine at work for now but these attacks can happen anywhere but I have been getting alot lately what’s the best way to cope with them?
Take time and breathe in slowly and out a few times and find a mantra to say to yourself while doing the deep breathing it should help
Breathe out.
- Look at the top left corner of a window and as you move your eyes slowly to the top right corner, breathe in. You should time this so that you have breathed in fully by the time you reach the top right corner.
- Hold your breath whilst slowly letting your eyes down to the bottom right corner.
- From the bottom right corner, move your eyes to the bottom left corner whilst slowly breathing out.
- When you reach the bottom left corner, hold your breath and move your eyes slowly to the top left corner.
- Repeat.
