Thank you blue. My son was sick last night so he's off school, I have my baby at home as well. Trying to be normal but I'm scared and I'm on fight or flight mode constantly. Can't keep still, but I just want to sleep. My head is just a rushing mess

It's hard for sure, when someone needs you so much but you have nothing inside you to give.
It's my eldest's 8th birthday Saturday
We are going to the Sealife in London. Just me, my son and my daughter. I won't let her down but it's hard to feel organised and focused when my anxiety is this bad.

Me too, I love it there, I haven't been in years either
I'm really excited to go but I want to feel okay while I'm there. I love the zoo, I've never been to that one though, I went to one that had a butterfly tent and the butterflies were all loose and they would settle on your head and arms. I was really happy she chose something I would really enjoy too lol.

I've phoned the doctors about my mental health, they have told me to call tomorrow morning to book for a doctor to speak roo

Oh, heavens, butterfly tents - I love butterflies but not in close proximity, and a couple of times when I've ended up in one by accident I've COMPLETELY freaked out. Like, eyes closed, trembling, somebody having to put their hands on my shoulders and walk me through freaked out. Anxiety can be evil sometimes.

They are rather large the exotic ones, haha.
I don't like bugs but have never minded butterflies or months.
