    You're quickly falling back into the rabbit hole and exhibiting the behaviors and posts that have been repeated here for years and years. You have gotten good advice. Take it or leave it and otherwise, as Nora said.... DO THE WORK!

    I have re read a lot of the thread and I’m implementing most of it. I’m just having those moments of panic where I have an intrusive thought or a sensation and it takes me back.
    Have you ever had dizziness fishmanpa?

    While reading back on this thread is probably really helpful in one sense, it seems like it's also serving to feed into the anxiety loop as you're back to seeking reassurance, asking people if they've experienced X symptom. You don't want to let that snowball.

    I'm not sure what to suggest here, because there's a bunch of really helpful advice in this thread, but there's also the chance it's only going to trigger another spiral for you. I'm sure you know the most helpful advice off by heart at this stage, as it was repeated time and again throughout this whole thread.

    There is a lot of helpful advice which I’m grateful for. I’m still carrying on with my day to day but struggling with a lot of anxiety, especially in the mornings it’s really difficult.
    It just really sucks as this symptom or whatever it is has actually set me back a lot. I’m sat in the garden at the moment trying to do some breathing work and take in the air to calm myself.
