I know I'm posting again but I'm worried about my eyes

Oh, heavens, butterfly tents - I love butterflies but not in close proximity, and a couple of times when I've ended up in one by accident I've COMPLETELY freaked out. Like, eyes closed, trembling, somebody having to put their hands on my shoulders and walk me through freaked out. Anxiety can be evil sometimes.

I didn't ring today when I was meant too. I bottled it because I knew I would start talking about numbness and I just couldn't deal with calling. I don't know if I should just start taking my propranolol that's in the cupboard...

When I was a small boy I was absolutely terrified of butterflies! Now I try to encourage them (and bees, which I absolutely love) into my garden.

Trying to hold it together this morning but my rectum feels numb, I'm having no urge to go to the toilet again for a bowel movement. I'm so afraid

One of the most common causes of bowel issues and feelings of numbness is anxiety and stress.

Hey.
My doctor is very concerned about my mental health, I told him everything, including the cutting situation. He has referred me to a psychologist and is going to see me in person on Friday.
He wasn't really concerned about my symptoms physically but he said my mental health is a serious problem right now and something needs to be done because the health anxiety is out of control

He did say he would check my butt to reassure me, he remembers me from my breast issue too. As he was who I saw. I also told him I paid money for a specialist.
