I think you're doing incredibly well and I know it's a strange thing to say but maybe having covid has shown you that you can deal with panic and severe stress and you have learned how to be resilient when you are frightened. Get well soon davey.

Absolutely it’s certainly opened my eyes to a lot of things. Day 5 now and the cough is almost non existent but I do have some slight fatigue just feel a bit tired nothing too serious all of the right numbers are still falling in all of the right places so I’m reasonably happy. Lying down and watching YouTube all day isn’t the hardest thing too do 😊
