So anxious over covid

I tested positive for covid 11 days ago. My whole family tested positive. Thankfully, we are all on the mend. I have asthma. My doctor prescribed a z pack and a steroid taper, which I finished taking 2 days ago. I am having so much anxiety. I am driving my family crazy. Even though I have not had a lot of coughing or mucus, I have had some. It terrifies me. I am so afraid this is going to get worse and go into my lungs. I am so anxious that my chest feels so tight. When I test my oxygen it has been 98/99. I want my family to feel better. We are so tired. Very stressful.

It is stressful, but your blood oxygen levels are good and at 11 days you are more than likely over the worst. You could always contact your doctor about your concerns?
