My name is nicky i am 36 years old live in australia am married with 4 children.I am a 90% recovered anxious/panic person the other 10% is to let me know i am still alive and keep me on my toes i am sure.My dilema at the moment that i need help with is my mum.

I'm pink daisey I am 28 and live in the uk. I suffer from Agoraphobia.. Have done since I was about 13. Sound's like you have done well on getting your head together hun!!

I am married with 2 children, boy age 6 and girl 2.
Even thou I'm agoraphobic I am a happy person but I need to get the confidence back I lost many years ago!!
