To put your minds at ease, and show I’m not being daft, my heart rate has come down throughout the day. It’s around 110 now when I’m lying down.
It’s just a piercing headache, muscle aches and extreme dizziness now.
I’m just hoping if I can sleep better, then maybe I’ll feel better tomorrow.
What I don’t understand is that I was OK-ish until I had a shower. I’m wondering if the shower was too hot, I went all lightheaded with a racing heart, and then I got anxious about it.

I’ve seen on TikTok that a lot of people with covid have had trouble showering, maybe because of exhaustion? I know several said they felt close to passing out while taking a shower.
Please take it easy and keep your doctor informed. And feel better.
I still go a little bit crazy sometimes...
but now I don't stay near as long.
[Mostly] managing anxiety, HA, and depression.

It was just totally different before the shower and after it. I was coping fine before.

I'm sure you must feel ghastly but glad you are managing to sleep at least..Hope the rest of your family aren't ill but it's inevitable that there will be some spread, I suppose..You've probably got plenty of space to isolate though!
