    Testicular cancer

Hello all. So since early August I began to worry about testicular cancer due to a dull ache in my testicle and lower back. Thankfully the pain stopped after 3 weeks and my anxiety disappeared after a doctors examination where he said he felt nothing. He offered an ultrasound but I declined as he said everything felt OK. Recently I've noticed some swelling or what I perceived as swelling and tenderness in my breast. I read this is a possible symptom of a rare uncureable type of testicular cancer which may not be felt on examination. I'm petrified now again any reassurance would be greatly appreciated.
