Just a short note to introduce myself .I am 63years of age and have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks on and off since my early twenties I have been on medication for many years which has helped me cope with the anxiety My main problem is health anxiety I worry about every little twinge or cough as the years have gone on ive learned to accept my symptoms are caused by anxiety tho sometimes it can take a while to convince myself that .
