Thanks for that! I've moved on to more generalised heart worries, fear about heart failure and bad valves cause I can see my pulse so clearly in my neck in particular.

You’ve been examined and no one is concerned.
Stop looking for your pulse, you don’t need to, it’s quite happily going about it’s own business doing what it’s supposed to do. Stop checking it in the mirror & do something else instead.
