    New and struggling

Hey guys, hoping this forum is still pretty active.
I had an account here, literally years ago, during a rather horrible bout of anxiety, and honestly it helped a lot.

I’m struggling again, but honestly it just feels worse. I’m becoming a burden on everyone I love and I just need others to talk to, so I don’t fall deeper into … whatever this is.

Looking forward to chatting with you all.

    Welcome!

You're not a burden, Bee - when someone loves you you can never be a burden to them.
