Hi Everyone

My names Matt

I used this site in 2017 where I had a massive relapse with my health and had to go back on anti depressants. I met some amazing people off of here who helped and still occasionally chat to even to this day!

I have come back here as I have been struggling for the last year or so, stemming from a loss in my family and depression then eventually set in and took over my life.

Would love to just chat and meet new people and try to focus on the getting better
