Trail marker on the Bearfence Mountain trail in the Park. Its one of several trails that give a 360* view. It's also a rather challenging rock scramble to get there but its worth it! You hike up from the parking area and then encounter this... That blue blaze on the rock is the trail!

Fall is full on, the leafers are out in force (tourists coming into town to go to the Shenandoah Park). We live a little over a mile from the northern entrance and we have a spectacular view of the mountains just outside our door. The wife and I along with our doggie Tasha took a ride and went up there during the week when there was less traffic. The fall colors this year are some of the most spectacular I've seen.
