    Thank you for the replies. I wasn’t feeling any good so switched to fluoxetine now.

    I started at 5mg. I broke a 10mg in half as I get heightened anxiety at first with Ssri's. Escitalopram is easier to tolerate though and worked brilliantly for me from 2012 to 2016.
