Feeling full. Early satiety. IBS or something worse?

Hello everyone,

So the past few days I have had this sensation in the mornings of being full even after eating very little. Usually I eat oatmeal so maybe it is food related but I googled something and it said colon cancer or something and that sent me into a panicky spiral.

I have no other "symptoms". MY weight is normal and my stool is normal. When I swallow, I feel like there is food still there if that makes sense. Maybe GERD. IBS?

I am a male aged 31.

Has anybody else ever encountered this?

EDIT: I got to thinking this may be gastroparesis which I thought is extremely rare to have. I don't have any vomiting or anything like that. I have some nausea but I tend to get nauseous a lot. Also isn't it more common in women than in men.

Unfortunately, this is where Googling gets us...

And feeling full can be a symptom of colon cancer, but there would be other symptoms too (red flag ones) and you don't have them..

I had your symptom plus several others (inc weight loss) and I was scanned, blood tested, and bum-cammed. There was no cancer..

However, just going on this years posts alone, you are clearly in the grip of health anxiety and anxiety is the most likely cause of digestive symptoms..

IDK why mind is jumping towards Gastroparesis

Isn’t that a rare disease and diabetes is one of the underlying factors that cause it?

I don't think it can, I know it can...

I also know that anxiety can cause us to retch, heave, and actually be sick..

I know that chronic anxiety can cause lack of appetite or a sudden feeling of hunger only to feel full after a few bites of a banana..

I know that anxiety can cause hundreds of symptoms and I've experienced most of them in my time..
