Virtual Colonoscopy CT Scan

Does anyone have any experience of this and the prep I have to take. I have to have this done next week as I have had daily loose stools for 6 months (I know it's IBS and anxiety) but my doctor insisted I should get it checked out. It's just another thing to get anxious about as far as I'm concerned and I could do without it at the moment having recently lost my husband but they just seem to like doing tests at the moment!! I'm just really scared I'll go dizzy from the prep and the meds on the day
