What is the least anxiety-inducing fizzy drink there is?

I feel like I wanna get back into some fizzy drinks, but the issue is that they can cause anxiety once consumed. So I want to ask, from your experiences, whats the fizzy drink thats the least likely to cause anxiety? Thanks

Anything without caffeine, really. I drink Rio when I don't want the caffeine risk, or if I'm feeling really bad after a panic attack Lucozade Sport is just the stuff.

Fizzy drinks I love but that can be harder to find are the San Pellegrino fruit drinks, and Cawston Vale apple and rhubarb, which is lovely.

Why not just drink soda water or sparkling water?

I drink sparkling water with elderflower cordial, it’s my absolute favourite. I have no idea if it would cause anxiety or not though…

I would think it's the caffeine and/or sugar in the drinks that spark anxiety. I would think flavored sparkling water without added sugar would be the best. I'm in the US and we like La Croix and Spindrift if those are available near you.
