Worried about colon cancer

For a long time I’ve been getting stomachaches the past months more than ever along with diarrhea and stomach rumbling with gas. I always told myself it was anxiety causing even when sometimes have blood when wipe I figured it was from constipation. Today after I went to bathroom there was blood dripping into the bowl not in the poop and I think this happened a few times and now I’m terrified I have colon cancer and I need advice

If it's dripping into the bowl (and it's definitely from your bum) then this suggests piles or a fissure. My husband has piles and this is him. Our loo looks like a crime scene sometimes...

If you're worried about this, see your doctor. It's what they're there for. You will only get short-term reassurance from us so go and see someone who can give you a definitive answer on the piles..

Really I know it’s scary to see he must get worried . You sure what if it happens several times I guess I’m worried cause that along with stomaches almost everyday and diarrhea i worry

You're basically describing IBS and piles or a fissure but if you're worried, see a doctor..
