Heart worries

So been having chest issues couldn’t describe it as pain more just an awareness of a feeling sometimes feels like it’s in my breasts but other times not been aware of it since the weekend but it’s not there every day and when it is it’s there on the mornings but eases off during the day n never there at night??? Don’t want to Google n start spiralling keep thinking I’m about to have a massive heart attack any advice please

It can't be anything serious if it comes and goes so I really don't think it is a heart problem to be honest.
