I started to have this worry years ago and for the last two years have been doing a lot better.
(TMI) Recently though I had a very constipated bowel movement and straight after noticed a small bulge when wiping (only when straining.) I have felt this before many times and concluded it’s just a muscle that contracts when you strain: this time though it will a little more significant than usual. It’s at the back of the sphincter or something like that, not a bulge in the center.
I’m hoping it’s just because I was constipated and the more you strain the bigger that muscle contracts? It went back to normal in under a minute, as usual.
There’s nothing on the internet on this- every time I mention bulge I just get prolapse stuff :/
