Fresh blood on toilet paper and in bowl help

So for the past 3 days I’ve had blood on my stool and on toilet paper and bowl. It all started Friday night with a case of burning diarrhea. The next morning I still had some diarrhea and looked down in the toilet bowl and it looked like a murder scene . Scared the crap out of me I’ve had this before it happens like twice a year I assumed it was a tear or fissure . But this morning all I did was sit on the pot and without going poop I heard a squirting noise I wiped with toilet paper and it was full with fresh blood. I was freaking out so bad that embarrassingly I asked my wife to look at my anus and see if she saw something. She said I had a little bit of a hemorrhoid popping out. Could hemorrhoids really cause all this . I’m so scared it’s Colon Cancer or something. Please help

First off, kudos to your wife for examining your pooper! And absolutely, a hemmie can cause what you're experiencing.

My husband's piles bleed and at times there's so much blood that I don't know whether to ask him to clean the toilet or put crime scene tape across it..
