I know. Just having a rough time today. I've been seeing a therapist that specializes in health anxiety and ocd so I know what I need to do to get my mind right. It's just been difficult. Had an online Dr today tell me my symptom is in my head. I'm sure he is right. Again, just having a tough time. I have no friends so posting this was just a way to make contact with people.
