Left sided chest pain for hours and zaps

Hi there
im having a real nightmare tonight, I have had a really sore neck for a couple of days then tonight i got those awful pains on my left side of my chest like electric sharp pains which came as soon as they went. I took a whole lot of meds to cover every eventuality gaviscon windeze Valium cocodamol it helped for about an hour but keeps on coming back every 5 minutes. I am now exhausted I have resisted googling. I have been leaning over the computer for many hours today and I have been tense with a bad neck so I can’t help if my neck is connect to the left side of chest, did worry about pulmonary embolism or heart attack but not breathless or feeling Unwell apart from pain.

I know this is not what you are hoping to hear, but if you are concerned it’s always best to call with chest pains. Especially if you have risk factors. Better safe than sorry.

Probably just muscular from leaning over all day.
As flapj said get it checked out if you're worried.
