Not been here for few years but back for help and support

Hi folks,
I last posted a few years back when I had MS fears. Things have been ok for last few years despite Covid, lockdown etc or so I thought things are at breaking point for me now so glad to have the forum for help.
I’ll have look through posts and comments….hoping I can get some peace from this awful health anxiety soon.
