Hi everyone. I was a member on here many moons ago. I have anxiety, ocd and panic disorder and it's kicking my butt again. I've had many years of recovery, came off my antidepressants, but unfortunately it's back again. This was such a supportive place back then. Hope you are all having as lovely day as you can x
