Hi Jimmy , ive managed to reduce my Mirtazapine to 7.5mg by going really slow , my gp wants me to go to every other day and add 10mg Citalopram then after a week come off the Mirt , only advice i can give is not to reduce too quickly or you will get bad withdrawals
