Hey everyone. Thanks for reading. I had a twin miscarriage 6 weeks ago and had to have surgery to remove retained products. Everything went ok but I have pelvic pain now and twinging ovaries now and no period. Pregnancy test is negative (I’ve done a few) but I have horrendous anxiety and somehow have convinced myself that there’s an ectopic pregnancy in my body too. All scans were fine (I had a few because of the pain), and doctors said nothing to worry about but I’m terrified. And on holiday so not able to go to my GP. I have a history of anxiety mimicking symptoms of illnesses I’m worried about but this seems like something my brain couldn’t conjure up. Sorry for the brain dump I just had to write it out.
