If you read my recent posts, you'll see that I've been struggling with chest pains spreading to other areas of the body, the jaw included. I got sent to A&E from my local health centre due to raised troponin levels (signals a potential heart attack) where I was for around 18 hours over 2 days. Although they couldn't tell me what was causing these pains and sensations, they did rule out a heart attack.
My posts will show you that I'm struggling a lot with my anxiety over my chest pains/heart worries at the moment so you're absolutely not alone with your concerns. I find twinges, pains, aches, sensations and anything that feels off in the chest, jaw, arms, back quite alarming and it triggers my anxiety a lot. Or my anxiety triggers the pains. I haven't figured out which causes which yet.
Are you in a similar boat as me?
