The other night I was walking outside with my family and it was kind of late. I hate my anxiety. I felt something go across my face and in my mind, it was a bat and I have rabies. (rabies, tetanus, and botulism are my biggest fears) My husband is all calm (he has a different type of anxiety) and said it was probably just a big moth. 😞 How do you get over your anxiety that's like this??
