Sore anus/rectum

Hi I’ve been having diarrhoea and constipation on and off for months, had bloods taken and a stool sample and all came back ok, the docs have given me some IBS tabs to try.

Anyway for the last 6 weeks had this weird pressure feeling in anus like a crawling sensation like something ha in there, went to the docs Monday and he’s given suppository and cream as he said looked inflamed on looking but last night after a bowel movement I noticed blood on the tissue so feeing worried.

No blood today but bad pain in anus like a cut raw pain!

Driving me mad and feeling anxious anyone have this?

Sounds like piles to me or a fissure

Yes, and I have piles and also fissure.

Do yourself a favour and get a sitz bath and use it every time you have a poo. (Also, dab botty, don't wipe)

I also find alternating a heat pad and cool gel sheet helps with the pile and fissure pain etc
